One is a constant power connector i think.

I am sure that I have my alarm plugged into one the those connectors.

 

Yes, unswitched power terminals. There is another set in the headlight bucket.

As mentioned previously extra power connectors. Low power if I recall, only 5 amps. Always hot - best to check with a VOM with the ignition switch off to make certain.
