Hello, I recently purchased a 2013 Vulcan Voyager. Loving the bike so far but had a few questions that hopefully you can help with. First guest ion is how would I know if someone did the led conversion to the turn signal other than just bulbs? My rear turn signals stopped working and I tried to get some bulbs from Kawasaki but they don’t have the led and said that if it had been converted standard bulbs wouldn’t work. Also along similar lines is there a way of knowing wether the bike had had the ecu flash done? The previous owner was second owner and he said he was 999 percent sure it was done but not 100. It does have slip on cobras which leads me to believe it’s most likely. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I do not have the answer to your questions. I have a '21 Voyager and have not done any mods to it.
There are places on the forum that speak of the ECU flash. Most say that a tag or label will be on the ECU if it is done, with a version number or the like.
As for the LED bulb, I would just pull the bulb and try to find the same one at an auto parts store.
