Geat build. :grin2: What bar end mirrors did you use?

 

Mirrors were eBay special, but they took a little work to make them fit. Horn is sick speed nautilus air horn from eBay. Ebay: your affordable parts house giant

 

Finally got the exhaust welded together. As soon as I get a spare little bit, I'll header wrap and install it It looks so good, I was second-guessing the decision to wrap because I just want to get them installed now, but I want to stay true to the original vision.

 

Done!! And I mean done!! That's pretty much the last of it besides minor accessories like the phone charger.

I really like the tail end of your bike.

 

Thanks! I had to switch out the rear tail light because one under the fender burned out. I used the LED strip I originally bought for now, but got another tail light like the fender one and may install it over a snow day this winter.

Your inbox is full, so I'll put it here. It mounted in the stock location and the relay went behind it inside the frame. I painted both of them in flat black to hide them and not have them standing out as the horn came in red and the relay was whatever color it came in. The relay was super easy to einstall. I probably have about $20 total in both minus the time of installation.

Okay, not done. Never is. I wanted to do a canvas seat bomber-style originally and picked up the first seat under $50 I found on Ebay to try it with so I wouldn't screw up my stocker. I can do some sewing by hand and I found an old oily military tent in the top of my shop the other day, so I'm gonna make it myself =)

New front button turn signal lights. I did the relay under the tank to allow for LED's and mounted these in the windshield. I like them because I can see if I leave them in much better than noticing a little green light in the instrument cluster

 

Can the other drivers see them as well though?

They are quite a lot brighter than the turn signals I had, and even brighter than the stock ones. They are three LED's each and fairly forward. It was always bothering me they were not quite as bright as I wanted. I was wanting low key until they get turned on. Same with the back. I have 6 LED's in for each brake light

 

I mean turn signal. 6 red LED's for each turn signal

 

New brake and turn signal lights. Running and turns on the left, brake and turns on the right. It's blinding

 

Cute little detail I was proud of: the grommets the tail light wires go through into the fender

 

Prepping tires for them to go on next week. I'm a product of the 70's and 80's and have always been a fan of RWL tires. Or RYL in this case. I think they look sharp on the road. It's a lot easier to do them off the bike

 

I really like the look that gives, almost makes me wish for a whitewall version, I think that would look awesome. How's the yellow hold up over time?

 

Really well. I think I had 4K miles on my Dunlops that are on the bike now and they still look good.
