Installing Rear Crash Bars on 2009 Vulcan 900 Classic LT or 1996 Vulcan 800 Custom

Hi my name is Ann. I have a 2009 Vulcan 900 Classic LT and a 1996 Vulcan 800 custom.
My question is I just bought a set of rear guard (crash) bars but do not know how or where they are installed. I pretty much think I know but wanted to see a photo of a set already installed so I know which spacers to put where. TIA

I just did a Google search. Looks like they are screwed into the passenger foot peg and the front luggage rack screw.
