Can someone tell me if the pastic fuel inlet elbow on the carb can rotate ? Mine seems to be stuck there and i fear it will break if i try to ratate it up so i can run a short gas line with my new tank.

I don’t have you model, but do not think that can be moved. It is pressed into the carburetor body when manufactured. If it was a swivel, it would leak. The parts diagram does not show it as a separate part.
