Looking for parts number for both a new carb and also a rebuild kit... Have not decided if I'm replacing or rebuilding yet. As soon as I fire the bike up after winter storage it just pisses gas out the carb overflow line. Suspect float either stuck or broken

My ‘98 VN1500e is in the shop for carb problems. It was also leaking gas (it managed to set the shop owner’s pant on fire….no injury). The tech tried rebuilding the carb with no luck. He has a VN1500e as well. He didn’t have much good to say about Vulcan carbs. He replaced his with a Mikuni and I’m having him do the same with mine.
