Replaced OEM tires on my 2019 Vulcan Vaquero with Bridgestone Battlecruiser H50s. Kaw recommended Front 28psi and Rear 40 on the OEMs, but not sure where I should set pressure on the Bridgestones for best wear and ride. Thoughts?

If they are the same size and load rating then, generally, the same pressures could be used as starting point.

Also, best wear and best ride may not be one and the same pressures.

Its like octane to use, oil to use, will my ass look big in these pants, ect...
ITS ALL up to YOU! Ride on!
The OPs question is more valid than which oil/pants to use.

Some octane decisions, such as using too low octane, can damage an engine.

Which oil to use, as long as it is wet clutch compatible for shared oil transmissions, is personal preference. But too little or too much oil can damage the engine.

Same with tires. Which brand/model to use is a personal choice. Too much or too little air can not only damage the tires, but can result in an unsafe ride. He's not asking which tire brand or model to use, he's asking about air pressure.

The stock Bridgestone tyres are bias ply construction. I’ve used Michelin Commanders (bias ply) since, adjusting front tyre pressure as suggested on this site. Now use the factory tyre pressure spec.
Michelin website will recommend tyre pressure, but not for the Voyager, as they don’t have a direct replacement.
