Bought the motorcycle recently, traveled 2k miles, twice it won't start and then out of nothing it clicks but won't turn the start jump. I searched for the starter on diagram, where is the starter located? Any advise from previous experience? I will respond a reply once the problem has been found to share.

The starter is on the front side of the engine, behind the radiator. Start on page 552 of the manual in the link above removal procedure. Although you said the battery is new, it sounds like a dead battery issue to me. Mine wouldn't crank after sitting a few months and sounded like this right before I replaced my battery last year.
