Hi all & Thanks in advance for any help, Trust me I've done some serious searching before posting this thread so either my Google Fuuu is Borked or my info isn't already posted which I find hard to believe.
Electrical stuff is Witchcraft to me
Bike's a 2001 VN800 Classic

So... I've bought an aftermarket rear/brake & reg light that comes with a Brown a Red & a Black wire coming out the back & some Indicators which have a Green a Red & a Black wire coming out of them, I have No manual so could somebody tell me what wires I connect that comes from my Bike.
I'll do the below so you can copy & paste to make it easier.

Back Light Stop Light & Reg Light
Brown -
Red -
Black -

Indicators
Green -
Red -
Black -

I have a New flasher unit to suit the LED's but I don't have a Test meter so need the help so I don't blow anything.

Thanks again for any help & Thanks to All for the Resource I've read Untold good info from this site already.

Only checked the rear light inn diagram in my clymer manual. Your colors all look right, mostly. At the lights, it shows both turn signal are grey, but the left turns to dark green at the connector.

Did the rear light/Brake & Reg light & moved the plate & did the rear indicators today, Was a bit of a faff but that easy I'm embarrassed for asking. By the time I'd finished though it was 10 times better than when I started. Will do the fronts over the weekend then start marking some lines for cutting down the mud guards a bit.
