A weird weather event that I have only seen once before happened last night. We had fog with just enough breeze that it froze the fog onto everything. It chain-freezes and you get these ice spikes. Here is a pic and also a link to a few more pics.

That actually happens here on a regular basis. The Snake River Canyon kinda creates it's own mini weather system, so we get a lot of temperature inversions here in Twin Falls. You'll see it several times a year if the temp drops rapidly while the humidity is high.
