HI GUYS.

How long do you usualy warm up your motorcycle?
In winter RPM of my Vulcan S usualy needs 3-4 min to reach "1" and then I start riding.

But since it fuel injected some people say even 1 min warm up is enough for it and its ok if you start riding with RPM still above 1.

What do u thnik?

In the manual it sais to wait 2-3 minutes before starting. Anyway don't go beyond 4000 rpm until the engine is at running temperature.

I usually wait a few minutes until the idle drops down. Usually the time it takes to get my helmet and gloves on. I don’t let it idle too long. I usually resist tromping on it for the first few Kms/miles until the engine is warmed up.

I let it get down to idle(about 3 mins), then I take off down the street like I stole it :)
