They just need to be sanded and painted and they'd look great. I was too lazy to do it. They were on the Vulcan 800 when I bought it. I took them off and went with leather saddlebags and regular turn signals.
As far as I know the turn signals work, the mounts are for a Vulcan 800 A or B and it comes with a key.

This Corbin seat has the following model number on the bottom of the pan:
KV-900-6-DT-E. It is off of a 2007 VN900. The seat is iexcellent condition without any rips scuffs or damage of any kind. It has the receiver for a backrest but I do not have the backrest. I am asking $200 + shipping.
