On California model bikes there is an extra Canister that fits there for emissions codes. For any other state, that canister is left off. Just turns into extra storage for you.

KAOKO throttle lock fitting
Vulcan 1600Hi, has anyone here fitted a KAOKO throttle lock to Vulcan 1600 Classic with standard rubber grips.
