just got my new pipes in today. will have them on by the weekend. pics to follow.

Advice for my experience with V&H install
Advice, learn from my mistakes,
1. Don't forget to install new exhaust gaskets, if you don't your new pipes could leak at the engine port, you can get these at the dealer, or where you got the pipes
2. You will need to buy a Fuel Processor, otherwise your bike will run to lean, and could damage you engine
3. It is also recommended that you install a highflow air filter
4. I installed hard chrome, quite baffles to my V&H slash/staggerd and they sound better

defiant...i ordered mine from mean cycles.
my local dealer didnt have gaskets in stock. take a couple days to get them. fuel processor is next then probably a tornado air kit.

Shift lever broken
Vulcan 900I have a 2006 Vulcan 900 classic with 36k on the clock. The rear shift lever broke on me while riding home from work. It looks like it had been cracked for quite some time before it finally broke off. I'm just curious, is this a common issue? Or am I just shifting too hard?- 9

Bike cover
Vulcan 900Anybody have a website or manufacturer for a cover for the bike that has a heat panel for the exhaust so I don't have to worry about the exhaust being hot or not when I put the cover on.- 1

Heel/toe shifter - cut off the heel end - 2018 900 Classic?
Vulcan 900Really thinking about removing the heel shifter portion of the shifter. I like to hang my heels off the rear portion of the floorboards and the back part of the shifter is in the way in on that side. I'm used to shifting with just the toe part of the shifter mechanism anyway. Anyone made this...- 6
