Hey everybody, I recently bought a 1986 Vulcan 750 that's in pretty great shape, however there's a small electrical issue that I can't figure out myself

First I have to explain the background, so my tail light was out at first so I put a new fuse in and now it works fine, but now the right front turn signal is permanently on when I turn the keys?

It's not blinking, it's just steadily on (it still blinks when I turn the signal on, but otherwise it's just constantly on). it's only the right turn signal too, which is weird

I tried messing with the fuses to see what was up, and for some reason it seems attached to the Tail light fuse, cause when I take it out, the light goes out

ANy idea on how to fix this? I'm no mechanic or electrical guy, when I pop the seat off to look at the wires they've all been wrapped in electrical tape by the previous owner

Thanks a lot, hoping I can get some help

The fronts are always on. They act as running lights. The rear ones don't come on until you have the turn signal going.

I'd be looking at the left front to see why it isn't always on.
