Replaced my rear wheel bearings and now having difficulty getting the axle to go thru one of the outer spacers between the rear forks and the wheel.....any suggestions? Im gonna heat the spacer with a torch tonight see if i can get the axle thru

I would take wheel out and try axle to see if it goes thru .first ,I think if you heat the bearings they
might lock up and you will not get axle out again

It does go thru the spacer in question is the one that sits between the fork and the bearing...it rests in the dust cap on top of the bearing

There are 3 parts referred to as collars in the rear wheel blowup. All of those should be an easy slip on. If you have to fight it, it may be out of round or suffered some other damage. I would pull it all apart (not the bearings!) and see how they dry-fit on a bench before applying heat. It may need to be cleaned up if it's been a while since it was last disassembled.
