Does anyone have the torque specs for the header pipe to the jug?

I believe it is 12 FT LBS. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks

I believe that's right. I have an inch pound torque wrench that I use and take it to 145-150 when I tighten them up. remember to do it in several stages don't just wrench down one side and go to the other. Hold the flange on solid and square then make contact with the nuts, then 5-10 and 14 ft lbs going between the two. That'll keep the crush gaskets straight and sealed.

Yup... you're both right if I'm reading PP-273 (5-39) of the manual correctly. They call it a(n) "Exhaust Holder Nut" and the spec printed is 12-ft/lbs. Good point about making sure the gasket is square and torquing down both sides equally. Seems a little light for the application, but that's what the book says.:D

Made mine as tight as I could thats my specs lol
Sometimes, the "German Torque Spec" (Goodentight) can be dangerous, even for us whussy twidgets...:D

I did think that 12-ft-lbs was a little "light" for this application though...so go figure.
