Hey to all.

I purchased the Kawasaki (oem?) short windshield and it is great! Took me more time to install new grips than it did to attach the windshield.

This is for a 2014 Vulcan 9900 Custom.

It is short enough to see over, but a perfect size to deflect a good portion of the wind blast. I am 5'10", and my full-face helmet catches some of the deflected air, but it is not uncomfortable, and really not much more than without the windshield.

It is a high-quality unit, and a nice light smoke tint. Like i said, it took me less than 30 minutes to install. I shopped hard for this, and just didn't want to pay $300+ for a Memphis or the other brand. This one was less than $160, including tax, from the dealer.

Just thought you all should know, and hopefully this will help someone elde who is shopping like I was.

Wish I would've seen this earlier. Would've sold you mine for $100 shipped.
Show us some pics of it..

Part Number

The part number is K46001-086.
Anybody know what the part number for the complete short windshield is for the classic. I have a 2013 if that matters.
