It takes about 15sec. once you figure it out
First you unbuckle it and pull the strap out of the front little retaining strap. Then pull straight up on the big top flap, then out. This lets the retaining strap slide loose. You can then pull the strap out of the little back strap and the retainer holding it on to the bib. The retainer shown in the picture does not look like that. It's a much larger piece sewn into the bib without rivets and much more secure. The little pouch also has two little "D" rings so you can either attach something else to it while it's in place or use for attaching to your belt when it's off. The pouch is large enough to fit a cell phone the size of a Galaxy5 or a pack of smokes. The chrome studs match what's already on my saddle bags and Mustang seat.

That's badass, I'm sold. Gotta get one now to replace the Mustang one I have currently. It always seemed cheaply made to me, not like real leather. The one you posted is more on the same lines as what I put on my Harley. Now that is real leather and finished off the studded look I love, obviously! Thanks for sharing.

Got mine on a while back just before the season began again. I really like the full bodied look of it. Better than the mustang that was on there.
