Any advice on how to press in new bearings on our bikes? The swingarm has one continuous tube which makes it harder to find a bearing press that will work.

This one is separated in the middle, making it easy to just use a vice and socket to press them in.

The VN800 doesn't work with that method...

You could try some Ready Rod (threaded rod available at Home Depot, etc.) and a two nuts and some washers and see how that goes. It would be similar to the second video you linked.
