My clutch lever on my 97 VN1500 is extremely stiff and hard to pull. The fluid has been flushed with no change. Also, with the clutch lever pulled in the bike lunges and pulls as soon as you put it in gear. Any help would be great.

They all do that, especially when they've sat for a few days. Exercising the clutch lever several times before putting in in gear the first time will help.

Now, if it does that even when hot, it means your clutch is dragging and is probably a sign that you have air in your hydraulic clutch circuit. You may want to consider bleeding at the banjo bolts but that's messy and spilled brake fluid is extremely hard on paint.

If mine sits for a week or so, I have to rock it back and forth in gear a couple times. The clutch plates stick together otherwise.
