I don't see any wear on the left side of the belt but it seems awfully close to the lip of the pulley. Thoughts?

Mine rides the same way, always has, from day one and even now at 21,000 miles, so I'm guessing the large lip on the outer edge of the rear pulley is designed to help keep the belt right there, as there is no lip on the inside edge. Just my thought, not a pro bike mechanic.

I have never been able to get the belt to align in the middle of the pulley. They just tend to ride on the outside like that.

That's where mine sits too. I'm assuming it's normal.

If this is an after mkt od pulley it is normal. My stock pulley is narrower than the od pulleys from Baron's or scoot works. Looks normal to me.

I forgot to mention that this is the stock pulley configuration. I'm happy to hear that others have the same/similar layout. One less thing for a new bike owner to worry about. ;)

Add another 'that's how mine works'. Both the 900 and the 1700.

Thanks for all of the replies. Good to know that I don't seem to have a problem.
