Just finished a 1000 mile trip on Big Blue with the new baffling and adjusted module. All worked together just fine. At one point after passing a truck on the interstate at 83 mph I realized I was still in fourth gear. This makes me wonder what these bikes do wide open in fifth gear. Not that I would recommend it, but someone may have tried it and could share. 🏍
Once I "accidentally" nailed my throttle on the tollway, when I looked down I was pleased to see the speedometer reading 110 actual speed, speedometer had been corrected by then, shut down right away, and did not get a ticket that time.
I do not recommend you do the same as the LAWS of Reality will catch up with you when you least expect it. And the popo tend to frown on such activity's.

Ride Safe.

Thanks, you too. BTW, I just looked at the Owner’s Manual. Shifting from 4th to 5th is recommended at 31 mph? I’m usually at or above 40 mph, except for that one time accidentally at 83 mph. Probably lucky I didn’t damage the engine.
