Put a new tire on, and after a few miles, the tire settled in and I started to feel a little oscillating in the front. My mechanic took the wheel off, and balanced it as good as possible. He also checked the round of the rim and there is a flat spot at the weld that can't be fixed with the spokes. Needless to say it still oscillates. The old front tire was bad long before the rear tire.

Where shall I look for a good 21" rim?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply. I decided to park the bike for now, take it off insurance. I have too many other things going on to be able to ride right now anyway.
