Hey folks;
I'm replacing my tires on my 900 classic this spring. Never having had tubed tires, I'm thinking I might as well get new tubes at the same time.

Is this normal procedure or not needed for tubed tire replacement ?

I always replace tubes at the same time. If the old ones are still soft keep them, roll them up and store them somewhere in case you need one in the future

Until I converted to tubeless tires on both my wife's bike and mine I would always carry spare front tube in my saddlebag and a rear tube in her saddlebag. I had need for one of them once, before I started carrying them but never since.

What kind of wheels did you use ? I wouldn't mind ditching the tubes myself.
