Hi, Some advise please guys. I have started the removal process of the baffles on my 1998 Vulcan Nomad and have followed all the instructions but find the baffles''wobbles'' inside the muffler but seems to be connected at the other end and just wont come out. Any suggestions ? I have tried brute force and it will not come out !!! Help !

If it is wobbling, youare probably well on the way. There should be a tack weld at the end holding it in, you need to get this weld broke to get it out. This is the hardest part. If you can grip it with pliers and twist it also will help. Can be a tedious chore. When I did my 800 when a year old one came right out, the other took a couple hours of wiggling.

Thanks Rick, it was just like you said mate, one came out straight away but the other took a couple of hours of wiggling. All done and I like the sound better than original, thanks again.:)
