First time carb rebuild, any how to videos, suggestions?

Hi Keyth,

• No videos. How about a FREE PDF MANUAL: KAWASAKI VN800 SERVICE MANUAL Pdf Download
• Have a clean flat surface to work on.
• Q tips
• Use carb cleaner only.
• Don't spray slide diaphragm with carb cleaner
• Have a pair of small needle nose vice grips nearby for unruly float bowl screws.
• A set of carb cleaning wires. K&L Supply
• Some mild metal polish.
• Spray clean in reverse of fuel flow direction
• Pay attention and write down the number of turns the pilot screw goes in
• Follow the manual
