I currently have a stage 1 debaffle (8 x 10mm holes per pipe). I really want to remove the baffle entirely to get that deep tone but I also don't want to be done for loud pipes. If I get pulled over for suspected loud pipes they will send me to a testing centre where I have to prove that the pipes meet the legal limits.

Is there some way to get the best of both worlds? Is there some way to get the deeper sound without making it any louder?

Alternately, is there anything that can be temporarily reinstalled to drop the volume a bit after a full debaffle?

Full de-baffle and then Selleys Kneadit polymer repair system when needed ... :)

ha ha ha ha! That trick of Frenchy's will fix a stage 1 or 2 debaffle but won't do much for a full-debaffle.

Bayside, Highett.

I replied longer about meeting and a ride on your other topic Romper.
(Tragic accident)

I must say a stage 3 debaffle would be a challenge to fix...:)
