I know this has been asked before but does anyone in the U,S, or Canada sell rear crashbars for the back of a vulcan 900?

U.S. or Canada. I've seen that one but worried about ordering from England.

I wouldn't worry too much. You have E-bay guarantee and if you use PayPal they also can charge back the seller if you have a problem. I sent $735 to Tsukayu in Hong Kong via PayPal and it was not a problem.
