Tried checking my tire pressure last week-as soon as I took the valve stem caps off air started releasing from the tires ( both front and rear)
Limped to the nearest gas station to put some air in. Is this a problem with the valve stems ( funny it should be both !!) or the inner valve goody. I have a inner valve removal tool-should I try removing the inner valves and replacing them ?
Thanks

Were both valve cores tight? If you're planning on changing them out, I've found it works best to fill the tire up before changing and be quick. It beats doing it slowly with the each tire suspended off the ground.

If the valve is still leaking, I would completely remove it and inspect for signs of tiny glass looking beads around the seal.

Both having problems at the same time seems a bit odd.

I wonder if someones having a laugh.

I'd try tightening the cores before replacing them.
