Please welcome our 1st grandson into the world!
Colton Troy came into the world at 6:02pm on Dec. 9th at 8lbs 1oz and 20.5"

Not everything went as expected and he was delivered via C-section, but all is good. Momma and Colton are home now doing great. Now we can't wait till next week when we get to head to Mississippi to spend Christmas and New Year with them!:D

Colton chillin' in his crib at Kessler AFB hospital-

Resting comfortably with momma-

my son and grandson, looks like Colton is practicing his "WTF dad!" look, lol!

Congrats to all, They say being a Grandparent is way better than being a parent,I hope you get all the pleasures and none of the strife.
I'm assuming by the location that either mom or dad is in service, it's great he was able to be there.
Tell them I say thank you !

Both mom and dad are SeaBees in the Navy, I am very proud of both of them. Luckily, mom doesn't deploy for another year and dad may be deploying sometime after the 1st of the year.

I have 2 nephews in the navy one is on deployment now, the other is finishing the last 1 1/2 of his 20 yrs in Washington state.
I also have a son-in-law in Afghanistan (hopefully for only another 4 months).
I can appreciate the sacrifice of all involved.
