I am in the process of redoing my 2004 vn 2000 and will be having some parts for sale, stock seat, front fender and complete rear fender. Rear wheel with tire and pullie, stock drive belt, stock bars and mirrors, full stock exhaust, all parts have only 1300 miles on them. I will except reasonal offers for the things, I put them on here first to see if anyone needed any thing before they go on ebay. Thanks for looking.

thats what I'm doing to mine, I have the britt rear fender with the plate/light kit, gangster front fender, rc chrome wheel with a 280 tire dealer says it will fit with no mods except cut a little off of the belt gaurd, also have the lowering kit from britt. I will begin on the mock up in a few weeks to fit the fenders and make sure my saddleman seat fits. I will paint the bike in the spring, i think black with silver tribal flames and then 5 or 6 coats of candy blue. I also bought a extra tank so at the same time I will do a custom job on my stock tins to put up for sale. I will take before and after pictures to post when I'm done.

was considering going with a 240 or so on my bike but will get the Britt fender and lowering kit either way. now when you bought the rear rim did you buy a front to match? if ya don't mind me asking what did the rim cost and how wide is it? I'm thinking I'll use the light blue oem color for the flames on mine and go with a black metallic for the paint, am thinking I'll get a solo seat also. once I sell my meanstreak I'll invest in that fender, let me know how that fender fits and all. thanks.......

didn't buy a front rim, didn't have the extra 1400.00 for that. The rear rim, pully to match, new belt, rear fender with the light kit to fit into the fender, lowering kit, 280 tire and front fender were 2675.00 total and I think 1800.00 was just the rim and pully. The rear wheel is a Calypso from RC components and I believe it is 18 x 8.5 wide, OH and if you buy from them make sure they send you the chrome pully bolts with the pully, didn't send me any had to call them. The dealer told me he would sell me a front chromed stock wheel for 350.00 so I might go that way don't know yet. Going to get some before pictures today so I can start taking the bike apart for the fender and wheel mock up.

now I thought the rear rim that Britt offers was a 16 inch rim, I wonder if the lowering kit will be ok when you stick with the 18? I'd rather go with the 18" myself, I like the big front tire also. I think the Britt front downsizes the tire considerably. I think I'll do the rear fender first and then the lowering kit and then if I still want to go with a fatty that'll be last. much dinero and all. let me know how it goes..........
