Hello all,
Junior member, but I thought I would submit my Vulcan bobber for your consideration. I purchased it several years ago completely stock with 6500 original miles. The bobber conversion took about 3 months, and has been a work in progress since. I purchased a couple of items from Blue Collar Bobbers, but did the rest of the conversion myself. Here are the specifics:

1996 Vulcan 800 A
Seat, rear fender, license plate bracket: Blue Collar Bobbers
14" apes from Santee
Re-routed all wires inside bars for cleaner look
Billet tear drop mirror
Polished front forks, rotor and caliper
Mini-bullet front and rear turn signals
2" over cables from Motion Pro
Clutch cable from Dennis Kirk
Jardine pipes - baffles removed
Rear shock and lowering kit - lowered 2"
Rear wheel cover from Scootworks
Billet front pegs and chrome covers
Rebuilt and jetted carb
Kuryakyn Hypercharger
Changed out sprockets to 17/42 for better low end
Custom paint and graphics
Chrome radiator cover
Chrome front axle caps
Mapam forward controls on the way to complete the build

Here is a link to YouTube if you would like to hear it run:
