I understand this sentiment, and fully expected to eventually do something and drop my bike, but come on, the second day I had her? And I thought I was being so careful!

But leaving a parking lot -- an uphill parking lot -- turning right, trying to to work the clutch and the brake and watch for traffic coming and . . . sigh . . . down she went!

There were positives (I guess). I was at a beach so there was a lot of green, and I landed on the grass. I felt it going so I was able to lay her down gently. And someone passed by 30 seconds later and stopped to help me lift her back up (man is she a heavy beast!).

No damage to anything but my pride. And hopefully I've learned my lesson.
