my bike is a 1997 classic and I have a Haynes manual. I can't find the position of the idle mixture screw. The pic in the manual is very basic and doesn't really show were to find it. Can it be accessed without removing the air filter housing?

Hi all, I have just registered. My name is James. I have a vulcan 1500 that I have bobbed. since putting the bike back together and riding it I have issues with idle when cold and also back fire.

sorry your having trouble..that sucks.
Once you get access, try posting your question down in the 1500 section. You will get much more help there (by people who have your actual bike...)
