Need write up for '04 Meany rear tire removal

Anyone have a write up or video on how to remove the rear wheel on my Meany?

I just ordered the tire and want to change myself.

Also, what kind of grease should I use to lube the shaft with? Assuming I should go ahead and do that while it's out right?
