I had an incident this weekend. Unfortunately hit a dog. Messed up the right side of my Engine Guard.

It is a Kawasaki crash bar not aftermarket.

So I was thinking if anyone had the same type of issue with the other side, they might have a good 1/2 they would be willing to sell.

Any takers?

I need the right side of a Kawasaki crash bar.

I trust your ok and the rest of the bike is ok?

how's the dog?

If that happened to me, part of me would be like "ahhh.. poor doggie".

part of me would be like.."Ahh.. doggie about to go to doggie hell".

Me and wife OK, rest of bike OK. Kept it up.
The pooch hit the engine guard. He is not OK.
I stopped and found the owner. It couldn't move it's back legs.
Probably broken back or hip or both. I told the owner I was very sorry. They said to not worry about it that the dog just got out.
Still made me sad. (Dog lover)

Unfortunately it was raining so I didn't try any sudden manuevers. Just hit the brakes veered as much as I could given the conditions and concentrated on not going down.

I hit him pretty hard, I was doing about 50 and slowed to probably 30-35 when I hit him.

So, anyway...
Can anybody help me out?

Try looking on eBay for a bike that is being parted out.

I see stuff like that all the time.. a bike that was laid down so one side is messed up, but other side good.

so they part it out.

I installed a 1 1/2" set of Cobra bars on my bike one nice Saturday morning, went riding that afternoon and got slammed by an idiot in a Ford Exploder who was cutting across two lanes of East bound traffic to go Westbound and popped me in the center turn lane. He hit me on the right side and had I not put the bars on that morning I would be missing a right leg now. If I can get them back from the repair shop you can have them for the shipping.

BTW, It cost that jackass $3280.00 to fix my bike and now it's all pretty and fixed again.

The bar itself is not damaged, but the brackets are.
I took it off and actually have straightened it about 90-95%.

Still may be interested in good one if anyone has one.
