Just had my wife's seat done with memory foam on her Vulcan 500.
They also added a tail bone relief channel. Less than $150 including shipping both ways.
We stopped and visited them on our last trip. Great bunch of people.
Customer service was excellent.
After 1,600 miles, Momma was happy, so I was happy :D
They are going to modify my Mustang seat in a few weeks.

About how long was the turn-around from when you sent the seat in?

Mine was done in a day or two. I dropped it off while I was traveling in the area. He got busy for a while and was setting up appointments, so you may want to check with them.

They re-shaped it, moving her a little further back in the seat and add the tail bone relief channel.
You make an appointment, mine is 4 weeks out.
They will discuss options depending on the rider.
They do it that day and ship it back Fed Ex.
We shipped it early,to make sure they had it.
Figure about 1 week total then.
They offer late night same day service without appointments for about an extra $100.
Depends on work load and beer supply?

Just in case any of you live near Chattanooga, Grant's Upholstery downtown on Main and Broad has done all of my seat work on other bikes and I will be taking mine to them soon to get it reshaped in the rear and foam replaced. The good thing about being local is they will call you and let you come down and try it out and make more mods until they get it right and cover it.
