I put in a new battery, rode for about 2 hours, and then about 1/2 mile from home (lucky), the bike lost all power. I have no panel lights, and it wont try and turn over. I couldn't even jump the bike. I am thinking a fuse somewhere??

Yes, it sounds like the main fuse is blown.
Caution: It sounds as though you may have a charging system problem. If you replace the fuse and it pops again, there is a problem.
At the very least, the charging voltage should be checked.

Good. Be sure and check charging voltage. Put a voltmeter across battery, rev bike to about 3000rpm. Should be around 14 to 14.5 volts.

Ok, I went to go get gas, made it there, then while leaving it did it again. I put a new fuse in, amd it blew before I could push it in all the way. Wire touching somewhere?

nevermind. I took off the seat, there are all the wires, and i put the seat on wrong, and it was pinching a couple of the wires.
