The VN1700J I picked up a few months ago has a bunch of trim pieces like this. The logo looks like an "R", making me think of RSD but it isn't . I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of who makes them.
There are a LOT of fly by night/'tail light over the horizon' companies from China that make branded parts for a while then that's it.
Sites like Ali Baba make it possible for Chinese companies to sell products with "warrantees" but in reality without a company presence in the US for litigation purposes they can sell you anything and once they have the money, WYSIWYG.
There have been companies in the US whose logos have been identically copied and they have no recourse in US courts. But China continues to get away with it because we have politicians who have been on the take from the CCP.
In all likelihood the brand probably doesn't exist.
