So, I installed my Bobber seat on the VN900 over XMAS.

I was provided Dubbin by the OEM (USA) of these bobber seats (BCB) to rub in and treat this seat over time.

I have just read that dubbin is not good for stitching (and destroys it) but OK for the leather.

I read snow seal is the best for leather.

DO you know if Dubbin destroys stitching on leather seats?

What leather treatment do you guys recommend for our bike seats?

I use saddle soap periodically to clean and then lexol conditioner. Have used on leather car seats for years with good results. My leather Corbin seat is still fairly new so I have only applied conditioner at couple of times, so far all is good.

I've used Skidmores beeswax sealer/conditioner. You can get it on amazon. It works nice and makes the leather very soft. Also protects it well. I've heard "sno-seal" is similar, but easier to get ahold of. A boot store might have it in stock.
