I would like to borrow, I will return it promptly, any unused front and rear pulley for the VN900.

Trying to get an alternate source for Pulleys started but need to keep price down. By supplying a pulley for duplication the cost will be less for the enginering part and then the shop can just make adjustments up or down for number of teeth.

I would be happy to pick up after work or weekend on your schedule and return it promptly.

I am one of the orders that paid and then watched later orders get the pulley while I was told I would have to wait some more. Very upset about that kind of attitude.

Please consider helping me out, as I would hate to be without my bike, if there are pulleys gathering dust somewhere.

Thanks.

I work for a pretty good-sized machine shop. When i get my pulley in i'm going to approach the owners about going into the pulley business too.

Hey bytehead I was just told by a friend who cancel his risers with scootworks he got a full refund back to his credit card. If I remember correctly you stated they email you for store credit so just refuse store credit and demand a refund.

I was also reading their website for their return policy and even if you receive the product you can still return it minus the restocking fee. If you can't get a hold of one by the time I get back you can still borrow mine but looks like it will be a couple of weeks. The other member on the other website still has his available so if you insist with SW on a full refund you can buy his if you want it now ;)

I'm writing from here because for some reason at this Denver office the other forum is banned :(

See below for return policy
http://www.scootworks.com/warranty_refunds.htm

Reasons Other Than Defective Manufacturing/ Incorrect Part
Any item returned for refund or exchange must be returned within 10 business days as you received it from Scootworks; unused, in the original packaging and in NEW condition. Any modifications, alterations, damage, or evidence of installation will void any refund. Merchandise returned for reasons other than defective manufacturing will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. There are no exceptions! Be sure to properly repack your merchandise carefully before returning it. Merchandise that is improperly packed for return shipping and is damaged in shipping will not be accepted for any refund. We cannot re-sell damaged or used goods. You should purchase insurance for any packages you return for your own protection.
