Hydraulic clutch conversion

Has anyone out there fitted a Hydraulic clutch conversion to there VN900. If so does it get too hot. I was going to fit to my motorcycle , but I was advised that it would get to hot. As the slave cylinder would be near the exhaust. What do you people think ?
I`m interested in your thoughts.

Hydraulic Clutch on Vulcan 900

I added a Hydraulic clutch to my 900.Why? The main reason is because of the Harley Fairing the route of the clutch cable was not ideal.I had problems with the friction zone moving on me. And I thought it would be cool to have a Hydraulic clutch. The slave cylinder I used cost $25.00, was a cheap...
