I have a 2018 and I don't believe there's any change in design of the bike. I fitted Cobra Highway Bars to mine.
They are available from Fortnine in Canada. (picture on their site) .A phone call to them should answer your question as to fitment for the 2021 model year. Don't recall part number.

Personally, I'd look at the design of the Baron Highway Bar. In my opinion, it not only looks sharp, but it may also provide the better protection in areas needed. (the bar runs along the bottom near the regulator). It mounts on the frame.
