The ID of one of those grips should be slightly larger so that it will slide over your original 'throttle tube' (after you cut off the original grip).

you only cut off the grip on the clutch hand side or you can spray some WD40 behind the rubber and bar to loosen the glue between grip and bar then peel off the grip, the throttle side one just slides off no cutting

They both just slid off.
I'd never changed grips before (45 years working on bike!), and I figured it to be complicated like a rebuild.
DUH
... didn't even need tools
