So, one of the grease seals on my front wheel has popped out. Tried putting it back in, but it needs replacing. The thing is it will take a couple of weeks before It can be replaced. My question is how safe for the bike is it for me to still ride as is until I get it fixed?

Cheers

Gee you don't see that happen to often. That will be ok till you get the new one. The actual wheel bearings are sealed bearings so they will be fine. You could put a dab of silicone on that loose seal and just stick it back in hole for now, till you get new one.

hi i would suggest you raise the wheel of the ground and check the bearings for play or roughness. the photo shows what appears to be rust spots. could that be from the bearing? . if it checks out ok no problem to use it for a while.
