In the other thread, I pulled the tank ok and got rid of the half-arsed wiring that had been done to driving lights and 3 speakers. Put the tank back on: hooked up the fuel line and tank vent on. Three plugs on the left side and that should do it, right? Turned on key, everything buzzes and hums like it should, ready to start. Contact!.....nothing. Ugh. fiddle around with the wire plugs to make sure they are together good. Still won't get the starter going. Everything else is ok. Checked the battery and it was good. There is one plug that comes out under the tank and is in the area of the battery. It is a four pin plug with white mark where it goes together. going in, it has small wires...blue, yellow/black (2)/ white. Only one large yellow wire comes out of the other end and it has a female bullet connector. Any ideas?
