Gnoob Question About Risers
I'm thinking about risers (not extensions). I see 3", 4", etc., and I wonder how that's measured. Is that to the center of the handlebars or to the bottom of the handlebars...to the top of the handlebars??

There's no correct answer to this as there are many aftermarket companies making them.
Some measure to the bottom of handlebars while some to the middle.
