it's winter already up here in maine. wow I miss riding my nomad
best dam bike I've ever been on. I'm 55 and rode lots of iron.
Kawee got it right with the nomad.
Anyway Christmas is coming and the wife wants to buy me something
a set of pipes would be nice..
OK so my question is a fuel remap necessary ?? and I'm thinking
a set of vance hines bagger slash cuts

I did a Power Commander on my 2005, but I did a high flow air intake at the same time I did the pipes. I used Cobra Long shots pipes and a modified Caddman set up for the air filter. Got the idea for the air filter set up from Gadjets web site... Power Commander has a list of calibrations you can down load from of prewritten maps that match 95% of the filter and pipe combinations. Software to load the map is available from their web site and is very easy to use. If you are not doing the air filter you can get by without the fuel processor....
