Same here, I think I've had those off and on using a universal joint socket. It's still tight though.

With different pipes maybe you'll have to take off the front heat shield or wedge past that, if it's not removable.

Tested...

A 12mm 3/8" drive u-joint socket or a 12mm 1/4" drive socket on a 1/4" u-joint adapter both fit mine. The 1/4" setup maybe a little better but either would work in my case.

That said, to me it looks like the heat shield is closer on those pipes than the V&H Powershots on mine, but hard to say for sure from the pics.
